Not at all. We welcome complete beginners as warmly as advanced practitioners. Each session is tailored to your current level — many of our most dedicated students started with zero experience.
Classical Ashtanga Yoga refers to Patanjali's 8-limbed path — a philosophical system encompassing ethics, posture, breath, and meditation. "Ashtanga Vinyasa" refers to a specific physical style using set sequences. We teach the classical 8-limb path in its entirety.
When practised under proper guidance, Kundalini Yoga is perfectly safe. We first establish a solid foundation in Hatha, Pranayama, and Kriya practices before any deeper energy work — we never force or rush the process.
Pranayama is a precise science of prana regulation, with specific ratios of inhalation, retention, and exhalation working on specific nadis and chakras — far deeper than ordinary breathing exercises.
Absolutely. All our yoga and pranayama sessions take place live on Zoom. Over 60% of our students are international — live sessions maintain the integrity of the teacher-student relationship central to genuine yoga transmission.
